High-quality powder coating

Our state-of-the-art powder coating systems enable first-class solutions in surface technology. We offer coatings that reliably protect your products against mechanical damage and environmental influences, while at the same time improving their functional properties in the long term.


Automated processes are available for larger series. Complex components, smaller series and individual items are coated manually by our experienced coating technicians. The partial coating of complex parts in particular is one of our specialities and is highly valued by our customers.

Customised according to your needs

After the necessary pre-treatment such as cleaning, degreasing and iron phosphating (steel) or chrome VI-free passivation (aluminium alloys), the epoxy polyester powder is applied electrostatically and then baked to create a 50 - 120 μm thick lead and cadium-free layer. The coated surfaces offer reliable corrosion protection.


In addition to the standard RAL colours, we also produce customer-specific colours - in perfect quality and with maximum repeat accuracy. Different surface structures and effects are easily possible. We also offer final assembly and completion of coated parts to provide you with a comprehensive solution in surface technology.

Electroplating for superior surface technology

Decades of experience in electroplating with a wide variety of coating materials offer you the certainty that your products will shine with perfect corrosion protection and an elegant appearance.

The range of services extends from galvanising and chrome plating to special processes such as nickel plating or electropolishing. Combined processes involving galvanic pre-treatment and subsequent powder coating are also possible and are probably unique in Austria.

Galvanising and chrome plating at the highest level

When it comes to galvanising, you can choose between galvanising with blue passivation, galvanising with yellow chromating, galvanising with a zinc-iron alloy and black passivation or chrome VI-free galvanising with thick-film passivation. The range of chrome plating is no less extensive. It ranges from bright chrome plating to industrial chrome plating, microporous chrome plating and black chrome plating through to various types of matt chrome plating. Electroplating or galvanic pre-treatment gives the coating extreme adhesive strength, which opens up unimagined possibilities, especially in combination with powder coating.

Further mechanical processing such as milling, drilling, turning etc. is still possible without any problems. In any case, the functional benefits are retained and your product is brilliantly showcased.
