From planning to the approved project

As a general contractor (GC), we not only take on the construction work, but also the entire planning in advance, depending on the requirements. In the design planning phase, we define the construction measures in detail, create a visual representation of the project and provide a precise property description. A well-founded cost calculation ensures financial transparency and makes it possible to avoid budget overruns at an early stage. This planning phase forms the basis for smooth implementation by harmonising all the requirements of your construction project with technical and legal specifications. It also creates clarity for the next steps - from approval planning to execution. With well thought-out design planning, we minimise planning errors and ensure efficient communication between all parties involved so that your construction project is completed on time and on budget.

 

On request, we can also take care of all coordination with authorities, centre management and experts for fire protection or emission control. We take care of the clarification of escape route planning and accessibility, the preparation of possible façade technology and advertising installations, the preparation of building applications and descriptions, static clarifications and the provision of technical evidence as well as the complete preparation of approval planning. By clarifying all requirements at an early stage, we ensure a smooth authorisation phase and avoid delays.

Over a period of several years, umdasch accompanied the comprehensive modernisation of the traditional BETTENRID store in Munich. As general contractor, we were responsible for the entire refurbishment - from planning and design to high-quality shop fitting and turnkey realisation. In addition to the structural measures, our experts also took care of obtaining all the necessary permits, including a special utilisation fee for the provision of containers, thus ensuring smooth implementation.

 

The four floors were gradually transformed into a stylish shopping experience that reflects the elegance of an old villa. Our proven one-stop-shop approach enabled BETTENRID to obtain all services from a single source.
