The enhanced umdasch eXperience Platform (umdasch XP) is the central solution for all digital touchpoints at the point of sale. Specially developed for retailers, CTOs and retail chains who want to put technological innovation at the centre of their processes.

What is the umdasch XP?

The umdasch XP offers a clear, user-friendly solution that revolutionises collaboration and data analysis in retail. As a modern management platform from umdasch The Store Makers, it simplifies and centralises the monitoring of digital touchpoints at the point of sale (PoS). Retailers benefit from increased efficiency and precise management of their system landscape - regardless of regional or operational restrictions.


The umdasch XP bundles all digital touchpoints in one centralised system - from digital signage and electronic price labels (ESL) to content management systems and IoT-enabled furniture such as the umdasch Liquid Dispenser and soon also self-checkout tills. Retailers have the option of monitoring and partially controlling all network components via a user-friendly interface.

In addition to the clear performance management of the systems, an important focus is on the seamless integration of software solutions such as the Dealer App, which is used to manage digital signage content, as well as other applications for controlling content.
