We create a comprehensive implementation plan that precisely captures every technical detail and clearly defines the interfaces between the various trades. Particular emphasis is placed on the careful coordination of all building services to ensure smooth processes throughout. In addition, we incorporate detailed cost planning and effective time management to keep budgets under control and construction schedules on track. Our aim is to ensure efficient realisation of the project through meticulous planning.

 

 

 From plan to reality

### Lucid Motors, Munich

 

With its first studio in Europe, Lucid Motors opened an impressive flagship store in the heart of Munich's old town. umdasch was significantly involved in the realisation as general contractor and took over the coordination of all trades– with the highest level of technical expertise and careful project management.

Particular focus was placed on the execution planning: all plans, materials, and technical specifications were meticulously inspected, checked, and adapted to the local conditions to ensure smooth implementation. Only after this detailed preliminary work could the trades – from electrical and heating work, full-surface levelling and drywall construction to tiling and the fire protection ceiling – be carried out precisely. The umdasch GC experts also mastered last-minute changes on site with the utmost flexibility and professionalism in order to successfully realise the planned shop concept in accordance with German standards.
