With its first studio in Europe, Lucid Motors opened an impressive flagship store in the heart of Munich's old town. umdasch was significantly involved in the realisation as general contractor and took over the coordination of all trades - with the highest level of technical expertise and careful project management.
A particular focus was placed on the execution planning: all plans, materials and technical specifications were meticulously inspected, checked and adapted to the local conditions to ensure smooth implementation. Only after this detailed preliminary work could the trades - from electrical and heating work, full-surface levelling and drywall construction to tiling and the fire protection ceiling - be carried out precisely. The umdasch GC experts also mastered last-minute changes on site with the utmost flexibility and professionalism in order to successfully realise the planned shop concept in accordance with German standards.
