 Building at record speed

### David Lloyd Meridian Spa & Fitness, Hamburg

 

Umdasch General Construction took on the complete realisation of the German expansion of the British group David Lloyd Meridian Spa & Fitness as general contractor. Within just six months, five fitness and wellness clubs were opened in Hamburg – that is around 15,000 square metres of existing space that was modernised during ongoing operations.

 

 

 

  

 

 David Lloyd Leisure placed complete trust in our promise: 'We take care of everything'. The tight schedule required flexible early-morning and late-evening working hours, as well as construction starting in parallel with the ongoing execution planning. In addition to the construction work, umdasch also provided key services: comprehensive site documentation was seamlessly maintained and we took care of all warranty issues within the statutory period. In this way, we ensured that the new clubs were not only realised on time, but also sustainably and reliably.
