We are no longer just a traditional furniture manufacturer, but also offer furniture design, conceptual consulting, project management, general contracting and digital solutions. Our range of services has expanded significantly and with it the tasks of our diverse team. We firmly believe that the growth of our employees contributes directly to the growth of our company.

 

That's why we continuously invest in the training and development of our teams. We promote the professional and personal development of our employees through tailored training programmes such as our internal Project Management Academy, workshops and training courses. These investments in knowledge and skills not only strengthen our workforce, but also our innovative strength and competitiveness. Because when our employees grow, we also grow as a company.

Real heroes in life are sometimes difficult to recognise. This is because they are usually people who achieve something special but still remain in the background. There are also real heroes in our own ranks: Store Makers who work on technical solutions to keep us digitally connected. Store Makers who carry out their professional activities with above-average commitment and dedication for successful worlds of experience.

In 2024, we honoured the "True Heroes" for the fourth time - and thus expressed our highest appreciation for those colleagues who achieve extraordinary things in their job.
