Wire and mesh processing

Our component production offers innovative solutions in mesh production and wire processing. Using state-of-the-art technologies, we transform wire coils into products that are precisely customised to your requirements – visually and technically perfect.


Our CNC bending and coiling centre produces complex bent wire parts, spirals of all kinds and wire frame parts in two- and three-dimensional shapes. We process steel and stainless steel wire in dimensions from 4 mm to 9 mm and guarantee the highest precision and quality in component production.

 

Our component production is flexible and efficient: based on 3D files, technical drawings, sketches or samples, we manufacture customised solutions for your individual requirements.

Tube and profile processing

In our projects, the processing of tubes and profiles is often the starting point for customised solutions. Precise cuts and perfect contours are essential here.


With state-of-the-art tube laser cutting technology, we realise mitre cuts, shaped cut-outs, recesses and through cuts for precise fittings and perfect joints. Contactless laser cutting ensures deformation-free processing and enables maximum precision. 
Thanks to the belt-loading magazines, our machines feed material with minimal scratching, protecting delicate surfaces. With a magazine length of 6.5 m, even the production of very long tube components is easily achievable.


Grinding operations ensure that joints and sheet metal profile components are given their final shape. 
Our various coating technologies enable high-quality finishing and optimum protection of tube and profile parts – with maximum precision and guaranteed quality.

Sheet metal and strip processing

In our sheet metal processing facility, we process thousands of tonnes of sheet metal every year to the highest quality standards using state-of-the-art technology. Whether thin sheet, heavy plate, stainless steel or aluminium sheet – our fully automated sheet metal processing offers the right process for every requirement.
