On 8 May 2023, PALFINGER World opened in Lengau with a fan shop designed by umdasch The Store Makers. The concept combines shopfitting, lighting, digital signage and general contracting to create an impressive brand experience that reflects the values of the world's leading supplier of crane and lifting solutions.

The retail space in the welcome area presents fan merchandise such as model cranes, fairly produced clothing and accessories in creative furniture that playfully picks up on PALFINGER products. The Store Makers paid particular attention to the lighting, which uses state-of-the-art DALI control to present the products in the perfect light - efficiently and sustainably.

Interactive touchpoints are a digital highlight: Transparent showcases with RFID control, digital price labelling and multifunctional displays enable modern and exciting customer interaction. The selfie point in the changing room also turns the visit into an experience.
