The creative ideas of our Shop Consult and Digital Creation form the prelude to every strong retail story - and this is where they show how their concepts take shape. From mood boards to brand-defining store design: everything is created under one roof. Analogue design meets digital content from our own forge. The content is staged on an LED wall that can be controlled via an interactive button in the centre of the room. Just like the opening act of a festival, this area conveys the message that everything that follows begins with a strong idea - and this idea is created here.

The umdasch xP is our digital centrepiece - the mixing console that ensures that everything stays in sync with automated touchpoint management, smart content flow and reliable support. Become a DJ yourself: vinyls activate short service videos via RFID, an LED panel shows atmospheric mood loops and screens communicate our digital full-service ecosystem. In this area, we make it possible to experience how digital strategy, content, operations and 10/7 support work together.
