The Bake Off systems from umdasch ensure appealing presentation and easy handling in both self-service and service concepts. - Steel frame with four different tilt settings to adjust the height of the presentation levels.

- Full-surface toughened safety glass for optimum visibility, including a soft-close mechanism.

Smart Bakery Box
The Smart Bakery Box is an innovative extension of umdasch's tried-and-tested bakery furniture. Developed under the motto 'the right amount of baked goods, in the right place, at optimum freshness for the customer', the Smart Bakery Box supports the monitoring of stock levels and product freshness. This is made possible through a unique weighing functionality combined with sophisticated software, which can even trigger efficient re-baking processes automatically.
What makes the Smart Bakery Box so special:

Hot plate and hot tray
The Hot Plate and Hot Tray modules are specially designed to present your baked goods in the best possible way while keeping them warm. These retrofittable extensions to the standard Bake-Off system enable targeted heat transfer directly in the Bakery Box, significantly reducing the drying out of pastries compared to other technologies.
The 'Hot Tray' extension consists of a heated tray including carrier plate with a fixed surface temperature of 55 °C. With 'Hot Plate', heating is provided by an integrated, fully controllable heating plate. The surface temperature can be individually regulated between 40 - 90 °C at all levels. Thanks to the easily removable modules, both versions of the system allow for fast and hygienic cleaning.

Optional service unit
Our optional service unit completes the Bake-Off system and offers added convenience for consumers. It can be customised to your requirements and provides additional, easily accessible storage space for paper bags.
