The majority of hotel projects do not take place on greenfield sites. They involve refurbishments of existing buildings, often whilst the hotel remains open and under tight logistical constraints. These conditions form an integral part of our planning. This includes a clear structure for the construction phases, coordination with the hotel’s operations, and an implementation process that minimises disruption to guests and operations as much as possible. At the same time, we respond flexibly to the typical surprises that arise in existing buildings – without the entire project going off track.
