# umdasch The Store Makers receives EcoVadis Silver Medal for outstanding sustainability performance

  umdasch The Store Makers has once again been recognised by EcoVadis for its sustainability achievements. Having won two consecutive Bronze Medals, the company has achieved a significant improvement in its rating with this Silver Medal. This accolade further highlights The Store Makers’ dedication to social responsibility, environmental stewardship, and ethical business practices.

EcoVadis, the world’s largest provider of corporate sustainability assessments, awarded the Silver Medal following a thorough review. For The Store Makers, this represents a welcome improvement following two consecutive Bronze awards. The company now ranks among the top 15% of companies assessed by EcoVadis worldwide.

Medals are awarded based on a company's position in an international comparison, so it is not just the absolute score that counts. The assessment covers the areas of the environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.

The Store Makers are particularly pleased to have made further improvements in all four categories. This clearly demonstrates the company’s commitment to responsible corporate governance and sustainable practices throughout the entire value chain.
