As a digital retail partner, umdasch The Store Makers is responsible for the complete implementation of the solution. The scope of services ranges from the technical equipment of the stores and integration into the existing store concept, to the coordinated implementation of the Germany-wide rollout. This will take place in stages over a period of around three months, without interrupting ongoing store operations – a crucial factor for ensuring smooth day-to-day business. From April 2026, umdasch’s Digital Retail team will also take over the editorial management of content delivery and, from that point onwards, will oversee all ongoing operations, including service, support and content.
