Positioning & Marketing
The goal of the Marketing and Sales teams is to increase awareness throughout the world. On the one hand, through the development of well thought-out sales strategies by our sales staff as a direct interface to the customer. On the other hand, through the implementation of campaigns in the area of communication, graphics and online marketing from the marketing team.
Conceptualise and design
The Store Makers from umdasch offer customers a holistic store concept on request, including the planning of digital elements and the structural implementation. In a collaborative creative process, the professionals from umdasch develop customer-specific ideas. This team consists of architects, interior designers, content creators, graphic designers, designers, programmers and material specialists – We think retail concepts.
Develop and Implement

Within Project Management, experts and craftsmen work as equals to ensure the professional coordination of all individual services. Specialised in the efficient and effective handling of orders, they manage projects of all types and sizes – and keep a cool head even under the greatest time and budget pressure.
Produce, Transport & Assemble
With the diverse production options at different locations, the Store Makers from umdasch supply sophisticated shopfitting systems for all sectors. Thus, the professionals in production reliably cover the entire demand: from customised, project-specific merchandise supports and special solutions to series productions for smooth rollouts. Our assembly teams work for international customers and ensure the proper installation of our shopfittings beyond national borders – We produce Shop Equipment.
Organise and Control
The teams in Central Services HR & Legal, Controlling and IT ensure that everything runs smoothly every day. From contract reviews by our lawyers to the recruitment of new talent in Human Resources – the Store Makers handle tasks across all locations. While our employees in Controlling take care of the economic processes in the background, our IT colleagues monitor various prcedures and ensure the functioning of the hardware and software solutions behind them.
History
umdasch has been innovative by tradition for over 155 years – implemented by employees who are among the best in shopfitting. This is how a small carpentry workshop in Austria developed into an internationally active shopfitting company.
