With the Doka Group (concrete formwork technology) and the Umdasch Shopfitting Group (shopfitting) we are classic “followers of the economic cycle”. The braking marks of the world economic crisis were therefore visible until the third quarter of 2010.

Against this background, the positive results of ordinary business − € 60 million based on revenues achieved by the concern of € 908 million − are all the more remarkable. The cash flow at € 92 million and the production and sales investment at € 39 million also maintained the level of the previous year.

We employed an average of 6,900 staff members in 2010; at the present time just over 7,000 people are working for the concern. This figure also reflects the growth which was first observed again at the end of 2010 and which continues to provide optimistic prospects for 2011.
